Bandar Lampung, 6 Agustus 2025 — Sorotan tajam kembali diarahkan kepada Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Cipta Karya (PKPCK) Provinsi Lampung. Forum Media LSM Lampung (FOMELL) bersama sejumlah elemen masyarakat sipil dan media lokal menyuarakan desakan tegas agar Gubernur Lampung mencopot Kepala Dinas PKPCK. Desakan ini terkait dugaan penyimpangan anggaran pada proyek-proyek tahun 2024 lalu.
Melalui surat resmi bernomor 01/6/Fomell/VIII/2025, FOMELL tidak hanya mengajukan klarifikasi, tetapi juga menyatakan akan menggelar aksi moral serentak di tiga lokasi pada 14 Agustus 2025:
Kantor Dinas PKPCK Provinsi Lampung
Kantor Gubernur Lampung
Kantor Kejati Lampung
Aksi tersebut rencananya akan melibatkan 100 orang massa, dengan isu utama menuntut penindakan tegas terhadap dugaan praktik korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme (KKN) dalam pelaksanaan proyek-proyek bernilai miliaran rupiah di tahun anggaran 2024.
Berikut beberapa proyek yang diduga bermasalah:
Rehabilitasi aula gedung atlet pemuda dan pelajar Rp 3,99 miliar (pemenang: Cbay Pass)
Pembangunan jalan Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung Rp 200 juta
Rehabilitasi gedung induk Museum Lampung Rp 1,68 miliar (CV Putra Gupti Mandiri)
Gedung penitipan anak Yayasan Wanita Persatuan Rp 909 juta (CV Krakatoa Muda Mandiri)
Kegiatan persampahan Rp 1,33 miliar (PT Nusa Tiara)
GOR Saburai PKOR Way Halim Rp 3,49 miliar (CV Abdi Karya Pratama)
Peningkatan jalan Raden Saleh Rp 640 juta
Rehabilitasi gedung seni Way Halim Rp 3,99 miliar (CV Lembak Indah)
FOMELL menyebut bahwa hasil audit BPK tahun 2024 telah menunjukkan adanya indikasi kuat kerugian negara akibat proyek yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi teknis, volume fiktif, hingga potensi mark-up anggaran.
> “Kami meminta agar Gubernur Lampung segera mencopot Kepala Dinas jika terbukti lalai atau terlibat dalam penyimpangan anggaran ini. Aparat penegak hukum juga harus bertindak,” ujar Oktapianus, tokoh LSM GAB.
Koalisi yang menandatangani surat ini terdiri dari berbagai unsur LSM dan media lokal, di antaranya DPP BORGOL, LSM HANTAM, Media Merah Putih Lampung, LSM PRL, Media Edukasi Nusantara Post, Media Independen Indonesia, dan lainnya.
Dalam surat mereka, FOMELL juga merujuk pada pemberitaan investigatif media KBNI News yang telah lebih dulu mengungkap dugaan kerugian negara dalam serangkaian artikel bersambung sejak Juli 2025.
Tuntutan FOMELL:
1. APH (Aparat Penegak Hukum) diminta segera menyelidiki dugaan tindak pidana korupsi berdasarkan temuan BPK 2024.
2. Gubernur Lampung diminta mencopot Kepala Dinas PKPCK jika terbukti lalai atau melakukan pembiaran.
Aksi moral ini dipandang sebagai bentuk peringatan publik agar pengelolaan APBD ke depan lebih transparan dan bertanggung jawab.
