Apa itu Mujahidin?
Mujahidin adalah bentuk jamak dari “Mujahid”, yaitu orang yang melakukan Jihad fi Sabilillah (berjuang di jalan Allah).
Apa itu Jihad fi Sabilillah?
Jihad fi Sabilillah adalah berjuang dengan harta dan jiwa dalam rangka menjadikan kalimat Allah sebagai yang paling tinggi. Hal ini berdasarkan firman Allah dan sabda Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam:
> “Berangkatlah kamu, baik dengan rasa ringan maupun dengan rasa berat, dan berjihadlah dengan harta dan jiwamu di jalan Allah. Yang demikian itu lebih baik bagimu jika kamu mengetahui.” (QS. At-Taubah: 41)
> “Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang beriman itu hanyalah orang-orang yang beriman kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya, kemudian mereka tidak ragu-ragu, dan mereka berjihad dengan harta dan jiwa mereka di jalan Allah. Mereka itulah orang-orang yang benar.” (QS. Al-Hujurat: 15)
Dari Abu Musa al-Asy’ari Radhiyallahu ‘anhu, ia berkata bahwa ada seorang laki-laki datang kepada Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam dan bertanya:
“Ya Rasulullah, ada seseorang yang berperang karena keberaniannya, ada yang berperang karena fanatisme (membela kehormatan), dan ada pula yang berperang karena riya’. Manakah di antara yang demikian itu yang termasuk fi Sabilillah?”
Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam menjawab:
“Barangsiapa yang berperang dengan tujuan untuk menjadikan kalimat Allah sebagai yang paling tinggi, maka itulah fi Sabilillah.” (HR. Bukhari no. 2810 dan Muslim no. 1904)
Empat Fase Jihad fi Sabilillah:
1. I’dad (Persiapan)
Melakukan segala macam persiapan sebelum berperang, sesuai perintah Allah:
> “Dan siapkanlah untuk menghadapi mereka kekuatan apa saja yang kamu sanggupi, termasuk kuda-kuda yang ditambat untuk berperang, yang dengan persiapan itu kamu menggentarkan musuh Allah, musuhmu, dan orang-orang selain mereka yang tidak kamu ketahui…” (QS. Al-Anfal: 60)
2. Qital (Berperang)
Berangkat berperang, baik dengan rasa ringan maupun berat, sesuai perintah Allah:
> “Diwajibkan atas kamu berperang, padahal berperang itu adalah sesuatu yang kamu benci…” (QS. Al-Baqarah: 216)
> “Berangkatlah kamu baik dengan rasa ringan maupun dengan rasa berat, dan berjihadlah dengan harta dan jiwamu di jalan Allah…” (QS. At-Taubah: 41)
3. Ribath (Menjaga Perbatasan)
Menjaga wilayah atau negeri yang berhasil direbut atau dikuasai, sesuai perintah Allah:
> “Hai orang-orang yang beriman, bersabarlah kamu dan kuatkanlah kesabaranmu, dan tetaplah bersiap siaga (di perbatasan negerimu)…” (QS. Ali Imran: 200)
4. Iqomatuddien (Menegakkan Hukum Allah)
Menegakkan syariat atau hukum Allah di wilayah yang berhasil dikuasai, sesuai perintah Allah:
> “Dan perangilah mereka, supaya jangan ada fitnah dan supaya agama itu semata-mata untuk Allah…” (QS. Al-Anfal: 39)
> “Dia telah mensyariatkan bagi kamu tentang agama apa yang telah diwasiatkan-Nya kepada Nuh, dan apa yang telah Kami wahyukan kepadamu, dan apa yang telah Kami wasiatkan kepada Ibrahim, Musa, dan Isa, yaitu: Tegakkanlah agama dan janganlah kamu berpecah belah tentangnya…” (QS. Asy-Syura: 13)
