Bandar Lampung – Satreskrim Polresta Bandar Lampung meringkus 1 dari 3 orang kawanan pelaku pencurian barang berharga dengan target rumah kosong.
RS (19), warga Kelurahan Palapa, Tanjung Karang Pusat, Bandar Lampung, ditangkap petugas pada Jumat (11/4/2025), sekitar pukul 01.00 WIB, di kediamannya.
Pencurian terjadi pada hari Rabu (12/3/2025), sekitar pukul 05.00 WIB, di sebuah rumah, jalan Cut Nyak Dien, Gang Hidayat, Tanjung Karang Pusat, Bandar Lampung.
“Pelaku berjumlah 3 orang, yang baru tertangkap 1 orang berinisial RS, untuk 2 pelaku lainnya yaitu R dan H masih kita lakukan pengejaran” Kata Waka Polresta Bandar Lampung, AKBP Erwin Irawan, Sabtu (12/4/2025).
AKBP Erwin menambahkan bahwa pelaku RS merupakan tetangga korban.
“RS yang merupakan tetangga korban, mengetahui jika rumah korban dalam keadaan kosong, kemudian RS menghubungi 2 rekannya untuk mencuri di rumah korban,” Kata AKBP Erwin.
Kawanan ini masuk kedalam rumah korban dengan cara memanjat dinding pembatas rumah kemudian masuk dengan membongkar atap rumah.
“Dua orang rekannya masuk kedalam rumah, sedangkan RS bertugas memantau situasi di sekitar rumah,” Jelas AKBP Erwin.
Didalam rumah, kawanan ini berhasil menggasak sejumlah barang berharga berupa uang tunai sebesar Rp 10 Juta rupiah dan Emas sebarat 10 gram.
Barang hasil curian dipegang oleh Pelaku H, sedangkan RS baru menerima upah sebesar Rp 1 juta rupiah.
“Uang hasil pencurian dipergunakan pelaku untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari,” Kata Waka Polresta.
Selain pelaku, Polisi menyita 1 helai pakaian berwarna hitam, yang digunakan pelaku saat menjalankan aksinya.
“Terhadap pelaku kita jerat dengan pasal 363 KUHPidana tentang Pencurian dengan pemberatan dengan ancaman hukuman paling lama 9 tahun kurungan penjara”, tandas AKBP Erwin. (*)
