Bandar Lampung – Sat Reskrim Polresta Bandar Lampung mengamankan seorang pria pengangguran berinisial AA (29), lantaran diduga mencabuli bocah laki-laki berusia 10 tahun di sebuah kamar mandi mushola.
Kasatreskrim Polresta Bandar Lampung, Kompol Gigih Andri Putranto, mengatakan pengungkapan kasus itu dilakukan pada Senin, 6 April 2026.
“Pelaku diduga melakukan perbuatan cabul terhadap anak di bawah umur dan saat ini sudah dilakukan penahanan untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut,” kata Kompol Gigih, Senin (20/4/2026).
Peristiwa tersebut terjadi pada Minggu, (5/4/2026), sekitar pukul 15.30 WIB di salah satu mushola di Kecamatan Tanjung Senang, kota setempat.
Gigih menuturkan, kejadian bermula saat korban bersama temannya pulang berbelanja dari sebuah minimarket di Jalan Cendana.
Di perjalanan, mereka bertemu dengan pelaku yang kemudian mengajak berbincang dengan alasan ingin menyampaikan hal penting.
“Pelaku lalu mengajak korban dan dua temannya menuju mushola yang berada tidak jauh dari lokasi. Setibanya di sana, pelaku sempat mengajak korban berbincang di area tempat wudhu dan menawarkan permainan,” tuturnya.
Dengan bujuk rayu, pelaku kemudian mengarahkan korban masuk ke kamar mandi musala. Sementara itu, dua teman korban diminta menunggu di luar.
“Di dalam kamar mandi, pelaku diduga melakukan tindakan tidak senonoh terhadap korban. Korban yang ketakutan akhirnya melarikan diri dan pulang ke rumah,” jelasnya.
Setibanya di rumah, korban menceritakan kejadian tersebut kepada orang tuanya. Mendapat laporan itu, keluarga korban langsung mencari pelaku dan kemudian menyerahkannya ke pihak kepolisian.
Kompol Gigih menambahkan bahwa pelaku sendiri tercatat sebagai residivis dalam kasus serupa.
Polisi menjerat pelaku dengan Pasal 82 Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Pasal tersebut mengatur tentang tindak pidana pencabulan terhadap anak, dengan ancaman hukuman penjara maksimal 15 tahun kurungan.
Saat ini, pelaku masih menjalani pemeriksaan intensif di Polresta Bandar Lampung guna mendalami kasus tersebut.
