PESAWARAN – Polres Pesawaran, Polda Lampung, berhasil mengungkap 13 kasus tindak pidana sepanjang Agustus 2025 dengan mengamankan 9 tersangka. Hal ini dipaparkan dalam press release di Mapolres Pesawaran, Jumat (22/8/2025), yang dipimpin Wakapolres Kompol Sugandhi Satria Nugraha, S.I.P., M.H., mewakili Kapolres AKBP Heri Sulistyo Nugroho, S.I.K., M.I.K., bersama Kabag Ops Kompol Hendra Gunawan, S.H., M.H., dan Kasat Reskrim Iptu Pande Putu Yoga M. S.Tr.K., M.H.
Wakapolres menjelaskan, kasus yang berhasil diungkap meliputi 5 pencurian dengan pemberatan (curat), 1 pencurian dengan kekerasan (curas), 1 curanmor, 1 pencurian biasa, 3 kasus persetubuhan anak di bawah umur, serta 2 pucuk senjata api ilegal yang diserahkan sukarela oleh masyarakat.
“Kejahatan terhadap anak menjadi atensi serius. Kami mengimbau orang tua lebih waspada menjaga anak-anaknya,” tegas Kompol Sugandhi.
Kasus menonjol adalah penangkapan YW, warga Sleman yang berdomisili di Pesawaran, spesialis pembobol Alfamart di Padang Cermin dengan modus melubangi tembok toilet. Selain itu, dua tersangka berinisial T.L dan R.A ditangkap dalam kasus pencabulan anak. Para pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 363 KUHP (ancaman 7 tahun), Pasal 365 KUHP (ancaman 9 tahun), serta Pasal 81 dan 82 UUPA (ancaman 5–15 tahun penjara).
Kasatreskrim Iptu Pande Putu Yoga menambahkan, pemasangan sistem keamanan sangat penting untuk mencegah tindak pidana.
“Kami imbau pemilik warung dan minimarket agar memasang CCTV, karena hal ini sangat membantu penyelidikan bila terjadi kejahatan,” ujarnya.
Dengan berbagai pengungkapan tersebut, Polres Pesawaran menegaskan komitmennya hadir di tengah masyarakat sebagai wujud nyata Polri Presisi dalam menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban di Kabupaten Pesawaran.
